Where I live now is cold and hard to get a good apple, but T&T Seeds carries some nice cold hardy early apple varieties. I usually choose the plants for my garden which are totally unmodified. Anyway i am not quite deeply knowledgeable about these things, so my opinions might have some wrongs involved.
