		<description>If the hvac unit is not working, before going to the trouble of opening the unit up, be sure to check the breaker box, if the breaker is off then flip it back on and try it again, if it is on be sure to turn if off before opening the unit it self up.  Also make sure the thermostat is set correctly.  When checking units that tenants are having trouble with it is amazing how often checking those two things will save the cost of a trip charge by your local hvac repairman.</description>
